hello friend
well i can't say for sure what weight i am today - too scared to go on the scales post xmas indulgence.. my skinny jeans don't feel so skinny is all! lol
i am back and the gym and trying real hard to detox on the sugar, but as it's in alcohol and January is pretty grim it's tough to commit for more than 6 days haha (that's Friday nights kids!)
i have two goals for 2010 - a flat tum and a peachy bum! TMI! it's sit ups and squats all the way baby! then when i get to a beach this summer it'll be all good and lovely snaps to remember it by!
i bought a fitness DVD before xmas and did it for the first time last weekend... it was really good, and the next two days my thighs were hurting so it mustv done some good right?! i think i'll do it when i can't get to the gym... but i'm trying to go to the gym every other day... the only annoying thing about january at the gym tho is the increase in punters... they'll all fall off the wagon by end of February but they clog up the changing rooms/ showers/classes/ machines i suppose that's where a private gym wins... only ever you in it! but then where's the eye candy?! lol
bon chance to you if you hope to be slimmer in 2010 too, and remember no more biscuits! haha
